Private-network AI
The model runs on Tates PC’s LAN. Your ticket text is not sent to a public chatbot. Context stays with the same practice that already monitors the endpoints.
When something needs a ticket, TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System drafts from the same practice that already watches your machines. It runs on Tates PC’s private network — not a public chatbot — and is guided by more than 200 runbooks written from two years of real client tickets.
TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System lives with Ai PC Fix. Tickets still go through the Ai PC Fix Dashboard. The AI proposes the next step; humans still own approvals, destructive work, and anything the runbooks cannot finish.

Answers are guided by runbooks built from two years of client tickets — lockouts, printers, email, backups, and the messy middle that used to wait for a callback.
AI does not replace a technician for approvals, on-site work, or anything destructive. If a human is involved, human time is billed. The AI still did its job on the first 75 tickets.
Customers subscribed before 2024: the $50.00/month fee is included for at least two years as thanks for your patronage. Extra boards, per-ticket overage, and human hourly still apply.
Per-ticket overage and human hourly are invoiced when they occur. They are not added as a Stripe meter on signup. Full terms are in the licensing agreement.
Open the Ai PC Fix Dashboard, submit or watch the ticket, and let TatesPC-Ai Ticketing System draft the next step. Pair it with Two Minute Fix for the one-click resets that never needed a ticket in the first place.
