Update on monitoring issues: During an AWS Outage Ninja RMM Agents attempted and failed to reconnect to Ninja backend services. To help mitigate some agents still showing offline Ninja restarted frontend web systems. Mitigation efforts have shown positive results. This incident has been resolved.
