Today I'm excited to share TatesPC-Ai 0.1c Alpha.
Most AI solutions send your data to someone else's platform. We chose a different path. TatesPC-Ai runs on our private network and leverages a knowledge base built from two years of real-world ticket resolutions and more than 200 documented support runbooks.
Behind the scenes, a custom pipeline combining seven AI models and NVIDIA RTX 5090 hardware helps deliver answers based on actual experience solving client problems, not generic internet responses.
We're still in the early stages, but our goal is simple: make support faster, more consistent, and more accessible while maintaining control of client data.
More improvements, more training, and more features are already in development. And finally, for existing customers only, the first 75 tickets will be included at no additional charge. New clients can see pricing on our sign up page.
